Tournament · Nov. 16 – Feb. 23

The Cut.

An individual elimination tournament built on survival. Play net stroke play whenever it suits you. At the end of every cut window, half the field goes home, until one champion is left.

How it works

Play when you like. Survive every cut.

No head-to-head match play and no tee times to coordinate: every round is net stroke play against the field, played whenever your schedule allows inside its window.

The cut, every round

Half the field. Every window.

The 50% is recalculated from whoever is still standing each round, not from the original field. Here's how it plays out if 128 golfers play qualifying.

  1. Qualifying 128
  2. Elimination 64
  3. After round 1 32
  4. After round 2 16
  5. After round 3 8
  6. Final Four 4
  7. Final 2
  8. Champion 1

Example only: the real field is whoever plays qualifying. How odd-numbered fields round, and the cut-line tiebreaker, will be in the full rules.
