Step 1 — Get into the facility
Enter the door access code from your booking confirmation email: 6 digits, then the Enter button. The code activates 15 minutes before your booking time.
Step 2 — Go to your assigned bay
Head to the bay that matches your booking. Bay numbers are clearly labelled. Please don't switch bays unless we've told you to.
Step 3 — Wake the simulator (if the screen is black)
Move the mouse or tap the screen. If a login window appears, click to log in — no password needed. TrackMan launches automatically; if it doesn't, open the TrackMan TPS application on the desktop.
Step 4 — Unlock the bay and play
Enter your 4-digit bay code (sent when you booked) on the computer screen to unlock the bay. If nobody is booked before you, you can get started up to 15 minutes early.
