We've watched thousands of shots fly through our bays since opening. We've seen incredible approach shots, near-misses, and a few that stopped just inches from glory — but the ace is still out there waiting to happen.

So we thought: let's make a challenge of it.

Introducing Chase the Ace — FAIRWAYLAB's progressive hole-in-one jackpot and closest-to-the-pin challenge. A competition designed to reward great shots, build a growing jackpot, and give someone the chance to become the first player ever to record a hole-in-one at FAIRWAYLAB.

And when it finally happens, it's going to be worth it.

How Chase the Ace works

The concept is simple, fun, and something anyone can jump into any time you're in the simulator.

Every single entry goes directly into the prize pool, which keeps building as more players take their shot at the pin.

Two ways to win

Chase the Ace rewards both precision and perfection.

1. Monthly closest-to-the-pin winners

Every month, 50% of the prize pool is paid out to the top three closest shots to the pin. So even if the ace doesn't drop that month, the best shots still get rewarded. It keeps the competition tight and gives everyone something to chase every time they play.

2. The progressive ace jackpot

The remaining 50% of the prize pool rolls forward into a progressive jackpot. It keeps growing until one magical moment happens: someone finally knocks it in, and they win the entire progressive jackpot. Then the challenge resets and begins again.

A new hole every month

To keep things fresh:

A new hole is selected every month
Different courses and distances will test your skill
Leaderboards track the closest shots

Some months may favour wedge players. Others might demand a perfectly struck mid-iron. But every month brings a new chance to chase the ace.

Who can enter?

Anyone. The only requirement is a TrackMan account, which allows your shots to be officially recorded in the competition. If you don't have one yet, it takes about a minute to create.

Important disclaimer

The progressive jackpot can only be won by hitting a hole-in-one during the official Chase the Ace competition. Hole-in-ones made during regular simulator play, practice sessions, or other games do not qualify for the jackpot. The shot must be recorded within the Chase the Ace tournament in the TrackMan competition system to be eligible for the progressive ace prize.
